Is your product or service available to U.S. customers yet? *If your product or service is not available in the U.S. yet, choose "No." Pre-sale products and crowdfunding campaigns should choose "No." If the product is available but not under your proposed trademark, choose "No."
Are you filing as an individual person(s) or as a business entity? *If you haven't formed a business entity yet but plan to later, choose "Individual person(s)."
Do you wish to trademark a logo? *Trademarking a logo is optional. If in doubt, choose the brand name — the attorney can help you decide later. Choose "Both" to file the name and logo together: the second application is discounted to $387 (normally $987), plus one additional $350 USPTO filing fee.
Do you need expedited filing? (+$150) *If you need your trademark filed immediately, we will give our legal opinion within a maximum of two business days, then file within the same amount of time after your consent to file.
